Feel free to watch the boys beat box and drum as well.

This blog will probably come across as a rant, and it kind of is. Sorry.

Thursday :: Supposed to be Glass and Metal

Glass class was postponed because a visiting school was there for a lecture from our teacher. Instead, we attended the product design project exhibit had gone up that morning,

Basically, all years of product design were told to pick their favorite design they'd done during the year to display. Most were their final projects. The exhibition was introduced by Sarah Jayne and Christine singing. After other performances and some thank yous and congrats from important people, we were invited to a buffet...meaning free lunch!

In metal class, we finished our acid-washed necklace designs. Mine's alright, but it really turned out looking like a pair of panties...and no, you're not allowed to laugh. I mounted the chain attachment to the pendant and now I just have to buy a necklace chain for it! Pictures at some point. [I figure I'll take good pictures of all my Taiwan Work and post them in one blog, so...stay posted. Also, keep looking forward to a blog touring the campus and my dorm building. One of these days.]

I ate dinner and then went and sat in a room with Kenney's group and sketched away. When the design building was closing (yes, it CLOSES here) around 11, we went back to the dorm and Kenney and I worked while watching Pulp Fiction for the first time. [Until last night, I thought the clips that I always saw of Pulp Fiction were Saturday Night Fever, haha. Momma, Daddy, try not to be too ashamed.]

Friday :: Boring

I worked until about 4 in the morning, then slept until 10 30 (Chinese class was canceled because our teachers are students in studio with us and had to do all the same work we had to do) and showered and sketched one more concept.

It was pouring rain, but I had to bring my foam core to studio because we had models due at the end of class. So I struggled up the huge hill and warped my foam core :(

There is a girl here name "Eyes." She signed onto MSN and asked if I would help her think of a real English name because she was embarrassed of the English name she'd chosen. We came up with Ellie. How cute. Kenney, Matt, Arissa, Melanie and I met Bling, Ellie and their boyfriends at the 711 for a little while. I then came back and packed my newly-washed clothes for Hong Kong!

I'm actually finishing up this blog in my hotel room in Hong Kong. Give me a little while to get pictures edited for blogs from here. Sorry their were no pictures in this post. *BOOOORING*
